Hiring: Geophysicist – Specialty Testing
📍 Location: Project Sites Across India
🏢 Division: Specialty Testing
🎓 Qualification: M.Sc. in Geophysics / M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering
💼 Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Geophysicist to join our Specialty Testing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about field investigations, geophysical testing, and working on infrastructure and geotechnical projects across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field geophysical investigations including:
- MASW (Multichannel Analysis of Surface Waves)
- SRT (Seismic Refraction Test)
- Crosshole Testing
- Downhole Testing
- Perform field data acquisition and ensure proper handling of testing instruments
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and clients during project execution
- Assist in data processing, interpretation, and report preparation
- Maintain field records and ensure timely completion of assigned activities
- Travel to various project locations as per project requirements
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of Civil Engineering and Geotechnical concepts
Interest in field/site work and travelling
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and coordination abilities
Adaptability and time management skills
Leadership mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Additional Knowledge:
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Surveys
Gravity Surveys
Software analysis for geophysical investigations
