Job Title: Engineer / Junior Engineer – SurveyQualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 1 project experience in construction surveying (preferably in infrastructure / segmental projects)
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out topographical, layout, and alignment surveys for project execution
- Perform setting out of structures, including piers, segments, and alignment control
- Handle and operate survey instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, and DGPS
- Ensure accuracy in line, level, and coordinates during all stages of construction
- Support launching and erection activities with precise survey inputs
- Conduct as-built surveys and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure correct implementation of drawings
- Monitor and verify tolerances and geometric controls during execution
- Maintain survey data, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, and survey software
- Strong understanding of alignment, levels, and coordinate systems
- Knowledge of segmental construction surveying (preferred)
- Ability to interpret drawings and survey data accurately
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Role Expectation:
- Responsible for accurate survey control and setting out for all project activities
- Ensure precision, reliability, and timely survey support to construction teams
