Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Geology Teacher located in Bhubaneswar. The Geology Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans, teaching core geology concepts, and developing strategies tailored for competitive exams. The role includes conducting problem-solving sessions, engaging students in discussions on past exam questions, and providing clear, well-organized educational content. Regular tests, performance evaluations, and personalized student feedback will also be part of daily teaching duties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, Teaching, and creating engaging educational materials
- Strong skills in Communication, and ability to clearly explain complex concepts
- Experience in Education and Training fields, with an emphasis on building conceptual understanding
- In-depth knowledge of geology, particularly in areas related to competitive exam topics
- Ability to analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback
- A Master's or Ph.D. in Geology or a closely related field is preferred
- Experience teaching or mentoring students at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is a plus
