Role Name: Senior Developer No. of Openings: 1 Location: Namakkal-WFO Hiring Process: 2-3 Interviews (All are virtual) Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience Skills Required: Should have both Front & Backend Experience Team Management Open to Learn Self-Starter and should have ownership Compensation: During probation, 20k/month. Post confirmation, CTC will be a minimum of 3.5 LPA. Depending upon the skillset, previous CTC and performance during probation, it will be decided. Note: This opportunity has a 3-year bond since the company will invest in the candidate's further upskilling. Probation period: 3-6 months. If the candidate's performance is excellent, they can be converted into full-time in 2 months also. If you're a female candidate, your working hours are 12-8 or 9 PM. If you're a male candidate, you will be working in night shift. If you know Shopify, its a plus.
