Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Geography Head - Recovery position based in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing recovery operations and strategizing efforts to manage non-performing assets (NPAs) in the assigned geography. The responsibilities include implementing recovery strategies, managing collections teams, analyzing portfolio trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The successful candidate will also build effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across departments to achieve financial targets and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficient in recovery strategies, portfolio analysis, and non-performing asset (NPA) management
- Skilled in team management, leadership, and performance optimization
- Strong abilities in compliance, risk assessment, and regulatory adherence
- Capable of building stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in the financial services sector or recovery management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
