Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Engineer role based in Bhubaneswar & Bihar. The GIS Engineer will be responsible for mapping, analyzing spatial data, Geo referencing working extensively with GIS data tools to create and update maps, and maintaining GIS databases. The role also involves to support environmental and infrastructural projects. The GIS Engineer will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs for diverse projects across various sectors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in GIS data and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in conducting spatial analyses
- Expertise in creating and updating Maps
- Experience with managing and maintaining Databases related to GIS
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Any Bachelor's degree / in Geography / Environmental Science / Geoinformatics, or a related field
