At geocgi we pride ourselves on not losing our focus. We started out and remain GIS experts (or geeks. . . depending on your perspective). Since 2006, we’ve evolved into a world-class and world-wide service provider of multiple disciplines. We are a talented, hardworking group that share values and characteristics that drive client, professional, and personal success. Geocgi is looking for a Program Analyst (GFEBS) to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Real Property System of Record initiatives leveraging the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)—the U.S. Army’s SAP-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. This role will serve as the technical focal point for GFEBS-related efforts, supporting real property, asset management, and financial data operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience within SAP/GFEBS environments, strong data and system knowledge, and the ability to support system access, reporting, and data quality across complex enterprise environments. This position is an opportunity with the primary location of performance onsite in Huntsville, Alabama until further notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert (SME) for GFEBS-related tasking.
  • Support Real Property System of Record operations, including data input, reporting, and data quality validation.
  • Utilize and maintain GFEBS roles such as Real Property Viewer, Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, and Reporting roles.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting across financial, asset, and real property modules.
  • Support system access coordination, user onboarding, and role assignment within GFEBS.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Army financial and property management standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support task order execution and system requirements.
  • Assist in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer related to GFEBS processes.
  • Work within SAP-based modules (FI, FM, AM, SC, CM) supporting financial and asset management workflows.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders to validate system usage and applicability at the task level.

As an employee of geocgi, the Program Analyst (GFEBS) will have access to a generous benefits package, in addition to a corporate culture and community of GIS geeks. Our benefits include but are not limited to:

  • Competitive salaries, commensurate with experience and leading Federal Contractors in the geospatial industry.
  • Opportunities for upward mobility in a dynamic fast paced environment within a small company.
  • Merit-based spot and end of year bonuses.
  • Safe Harbor 401(k) plan with immediate vesting.
  • Flexible work hours and PTO.
  • Complete Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for individuals.
  • Company paid training, certifications, and professional growth and development.

The following are requirements of the Program Analyst (GFEBS):

  • U.S. Citizen and Active U.S. Passport.
  • NACI / Public Trust clearance with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelors in Accounting, Computer Science or background in financing.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience with GFEBS (within the last 24 months; preference for within 12 months).
  • Hands-on experience working within SAP-based ERP environments (GFEBS preferred).
  • Experience with real property, asset management, or financial data systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules such as: Financial Accounting (FI), Funds Management (FM), Asset Management (AM), Spending Chain (SC), Cost Management (CM).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required GFEBS system roles and permissions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

The following are preferred by the Program Analyst (GFEBS):

  • Experience supporting cloud-based GIS systems (AWS, Azure, or similar).
  • Experience as a GFEBS Functional Analyst or SAP Consultant.
  • Existing access to GFEBS roles (Real Property, Asset Management, Reporting).
  • Experience supporting Army real property or financial management operations.
  • Familiarity with data governance, reporting, and audit readiness processes.
  • Experience working in federal or defense environments.
