Record Center Specialist (Part-Time)

We are looking for a hardworking part-time Records Center Specialist to join our records, management team. As a Records Center Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various duties such as receiving and processing incoming inventory, picking and filling orders, processing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing and retrieving inventory and other duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle Incoming/Outgoing shipments, and general warehouse work
• Process, assign and file incoming inventory into Record Center locations.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members
• Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues
• Perform all physical requirements without assistance
• Travel between facilities when necessary
• Mentor others as opportunities arise
• Work on your feet all-day
• Lift, load and move boxes (average weight: 25 to 40 pounds)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations with the ability to place and retrieve items in a safe and timely manner, preferably with bar-coding experience
• Proficient with an RF scanner
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Basic math, reading, and basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
• Self-motivated with minimum supervision require
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Part-Time/Day Shift

Work Location: Lakewood, CO

Salary: $20.00/hour

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

·        Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shift.

·        Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move material around.

·        Lift up to 40lbs. Maneuver heavy pallets utilizing manual and electric pallet jacks.

·        Go up and down stairs to reach all floor levels of the facility’s storage areas.

·        Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
