Understanding the requirements and building custom applications.
Coding complex modules
Code review and enforcing best practices
Improve Application architecture
Provide relevant training to team
Work closely with Front end developers and the test team
Customizations to existing open source or custom built applications.
Building a knowledge base of the latest programming trends, best practices, web technology trends and methodologies.
Education
BE/ B.Tech, Project management qualifications or experience is additional.
Skills & Abilities
Candidate should have good hands on experience in development of PHP- MVC Frameworks such as CAKEPHP, ZEND, Codeigniter or any other major framework
- Experience and exposure to Apache Subversion (SVN), GitHub. Good knowledge about JQuery & JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular.JS, Node .JS Exposure to HTML, DHTML,AJAX Database Knowledge- MongoDB, MySQL.
Skills & Attributes

Experience
3-4 years. Must have worked in a software development firm Skills:- PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter, SVN, Zend and MVC Framework
