<br>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br>
</div><div>• Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, professional experience at every visit<br><br>
</div><div>• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system<br><br>
</div><div>• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with accuracy and accountability<br><br>
</div><div>• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries<br><br>
</div><div>• Support the counter sales team during peak hours and busy periods<br><br>
</div><div>• Assist with stocking shelves, facing product, and maintaining store organization<br><br>
</div><div>• Process returns, exchanges, and core transactions per company policy<br><br>
</div><div>• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, teammates, and management<br><br>
</div><div>• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front-end environment<br><br>
</div><div>• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management<br><br>

<br>What You’ll Need<br><br>
</div><div>• Positive attitude, professional conduct, and strong work ethic<br><br>
</div><div>• Strong written and verbal communication skills<br><br>
</div><div>• Reliability and punctuality — showing up on time and ready to work<br><br>
</div><div>• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and payment transactions<br><br>
</div><div>• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment<br><br>
</div><div>• Flexibility to be cross-trained and assist in different areas of store operations<br><br>
</div><div>• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals<br><br>
</div><div>• Available to work weekends on a rotating schedule<br><br>
</div><div>• Must be 18 years or older<br><br>
</div><div>• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required<br><br>

<br>Physical Requirements<br><br>
</div><div>This is an active, on-your-feet role. Candidates must be able to:<br><br>
</div><div>• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift<br><br>
</div><div>• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs<br><br>
</div><div>• Bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift<br><br>

<br>Compensation<br><br>
</div><div>Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on location and experience.<br><br>
