What you will be doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of content writers and editors, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their professional growth and the successful execution of content initiatives.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Work closely with the SEO team to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines.
• Ensure that all content complies with industry regulations and standards, including responsible gambling guidelines and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to align content initiatives with broader company goals and initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant changes into the content strategy.
• Prioritize tasks, manage schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, languages or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content writing and proofreading using Content Management Systems
• Proven experience in managing a content team
• Solid on-page SEO knowledge
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is required
• Experience in affiliate or igaming industry will be considered a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate team members
• Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills
• Planning and organisational skills strongly preferred
