From March 17 to 22nd, 2025, Genpact will be holding a virtual mega hiring drive. This is a great opportunity for professionals with up to five years of experience as well as freshers. The organization is conducting online interviews for Voice Process, Non-Voice, and Technical Support positions, with several offices around India participating. Responsibilities for Collections Process in Genpact: - Provide resolution to maintain quality standards. - Review content and provide resolutions based on prescribed guidelines. - Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues timely. - Provide insights to help improve user support. - Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies. - Deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities for Technical Support Chat in Genpact: - Respond to customer queries and concerns. - Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end users. - Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies. - Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs. - Deliver excellent customer service. - Exhibit strong critical thinking and analytical skills. - Work independently while collaborating with a larger team. Responsibilities for Finance & Accounts in Genpact: - Review and process invoices and provide resolutions for payment. - Demonstrate basic Accounts Payable concepts (e.g., 3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN). - Handle PO, non-PO, and utilities invoice processing. - Conduct invoice auditing and payment processing. - Use SAP/Navision/other ERP systems for processing.
