Transformation Consultant - Energy and Utilities

Transformation Consultant - Energy and Utilities Genpact is seeking a Transformation Consultant to join our Energy and Utilities consulting team. As a Transformation Consultant, you will work with our clients in the energy and utilities industry to drive end-to-end transformation, from strategy development to implementation. You will leverage your industry expertise, analytical capabilities, and project management skills to help our clients navigate complex business challenges and achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points - Analyze data, identify insights, and develop data-driven strategies and solutions - Design and implement innovative process improvements and technology enablers - Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement - Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to clients - Contribute to the growth and development of the Energy and Utilities consulting practice Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of experience in a consulting, transformation, or industry role within the energy and utilities sector - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences - Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects on time and within budget - Familiarity with industry technologies, frameworks, and best practices - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
