Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Subject Matter Expert (SME)

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for defining the RPA strategy, assisting in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of RPA solutions for our clients. The RPA SME will need to understand the client's business processes and identify opportunities for automation, work with the technical team to design and develop RPA solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance of the RPA solutions. The RPA SME will also be responsible for training and knowledge sharing with the client's team, and for monitoring the performance and effectiveness of the RPA solutions.
