Session Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training sessions.
Learner Attendance: Track and record attendance for all training sessions.
Session Registration: Handle the registration process for learners, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment.
Cancellation Management: Manage session cancellations, including notifying learners and updating records.
Waitlist Management: Oversee waitlists, ensuring learners are informed of their status and enrolled as spots become available.
Online Meeting Invites: Send out online meeting invitations to participants, ensuring all necessary information is included.
Customized Notifications: Create and send customized notifications to learners regarding session details, changes, and reminders.
Session Close Out: Complete post-session activities, including collecting feedback and closing out sessions in the LMS.
Invoice Payment and Receipt: Process invoices related to training sessions, ensuring timely payment and receipt documentation.
Moderation Service for Virtual Instructor: Provide moderation/hosting services for virtual instructor-led training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and engagement.
