Service Parts Recognition (MX)
Identify and manage service parts requirements.
Process RFQs and Customer Requests
Handle RFQ requests from customers.
Monitor and ensure compliance with packaging standards.
Quotation Follow-Up
Follow up on NNA quotations and ensure timely responses.
PCN Generation and Approvals
Generate PCNs and follow up on approval processes.
BIDs Upload into GTOP
Upload BIDs into the GTOP system.
Analysis and Updates
Conduct N=1 analysis and update part number quotations.
Perform MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) analysis.
Engineering Change Requests
Track and manage engineering change requests.
Customer Service Follow-Up
Follow up with customers
Sales File Updates
Update sales files on a monthly basis.
Mazda RFQ Requests and Price Consulting
Handle RFQ requests, price submissions, and provide price consulting for Mazda.
Price Discrepancies Review
Conduct weekly reviews of price discrepancies.
Spare Parts List Updates
Update the spare parts list regularly.
Retroactivity for Service
Manage retroactivity processes for service parts.
Intercompany PCN Management
Handle intercompany PCN processes
