AM, Analytical Modeling

In this role, you will be part of a team delivering business intelligence solutions. Responsibilities • Analytical interpretation using the data provided. • Drive business decisions using a combination of deep data analysis and executive reporting • Communicate optimally with both technical and nontechnical partners • Perform day-to-day analyses associated with the rewards program • Report out on ongoing loyalty program performance to leadership and cross-functional partners • Perform ad hoc analyses to identify, execute and measure margin-positive opportunities to grow customers at different stages of the loyalty lifecycle • Keep tabs on industry trends, growth opportunities, and new and emerging players in the industry, to ensure loyalty programs remain outstanding • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to tackle business problems. May regularly utilize, update and adapt predictive modeling tools and/or passionate about the application of the tools • Work extensively with key partners to understand business needs, vet opportunities and deliver analytically-based solutions and tools to drive business results • Provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new reports and analyses • Proactively analyze and interpret insight to support changes and improvements to business strategy and planning • Create intelligent and informative written and visual reports or dashboards • Consultant will ensure on time and accurate delivery of projects and sub-projects as agreed by the parties
