Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accounts payable records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Key responsibilities include matching purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, resolving discrepancies, coding invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts, and maintaining vendor records. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
