Role Description

The Genomics Sales Specialist will manage sales efforts for genomics-related products, targeting research labs, biotechnology firms, and healthcare institutions. Responsibilities include engaging and educating potential customers on product offerings, identifying client needs, and providing effective solutions. The role also includes managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Genomics, Molecular Biology, or a related field; candidates with relevant academic or research experience preferred.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with instrumentation and reagents used in genomics, cell biology, or molecular diagnostics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey technical information effectively.
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Proactive work ethic, ability to work independently, and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel locally and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
  • Master’s/Ph.D degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
  • Prior experience in technical sales within the life sciences or biotechnology industry is advantageous.
