What we’re looking for:

Need to Have: [Requirements]

• Proven track record in applying AI/ML to real-world digital transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and scalability
• Proven experience AI & Machine Learning including implementing AI solutions in different environments, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector
• Experienced integrating AI, automation systems, and IoT devices into a company´s operations
• Management consulting background, ideally from a leading consultancy or from a specialized boutique consultancy
• Highly experienced project manager used to working in fast-paced environments, applying a pragmatic but methodological approach to program execution
• Highly structured with good communication skills and a huge amount of drive
• Excellent in project planning and team management

Nice to Have [Bonus]

• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
• Knowledge of digital twin technologies, process optimization, or intelligent automation
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI applications
