Job Title: Geneva Developer / Support Manager
Experience Required:
2+ years (for Developer role)
8–12 years (for Support Manager role)
Work Timings:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Candidate should be flexible to overlap with other time zones as per project requirements

Strong experience in
Advent Geneva RSL & RDL development
Good understanding of
GL Maps (GLMAPs)
Experience in
creating and fixing custom RSL reports
Ability to interact with business/client and convert requirements into reports
Hands-on experience in
Geneva upgrade & migration
Experience Handling complex Investments:
- Swaps
- Bank Debt
- Convertible Bonds
- Hedge Fund structures
Strong Knowledge Of:
- Reconciliations & break resolution
- Corporate Actions
- Fee Accruals
- Management & Performance Fee Calculations
- PnL Allocations
- NAV / GAV
Understanding Of:
- Geneva Fund Structures
- Fund Setup & Allocation
- Security & Pricing setup
Expertise In:
- Hedge fund migration
- New fund onboarding
Experience & Knowledge
Experience in
Geneva Support / Production Support
Ability to collaborate with operations teams to resolve issues
Strong Knowledge Of:
Experience in
data migration from other systems to Geneva
- Geneva Data Browser
- Standard Geneva Reports
Experience handling
auditor queries
Hands-on Experience With Data Vendors:
Expertise In:
- Market Value calculation
- Accrued Interest across product types
Ability to manage reporting issues and new requirements from operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Advanced Excel Skills (functions, Analysis, Reporting)
Experience in creating
business documentation (user manuals, guides)
Other Skills
Good team player with ability to work in
local, regional, and global teams
Basic knowledge of
SQL (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of
ETL / Data Mapping tools
