About the role

Job Responsibilities: · Should have handled end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles bulk hiring, lateral hiring and specialized positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates. · Proven experience using sourcing platforms such as Naukri.com and LinkedIn. · This role involves overseeing sourcing strategies, managing a team of recruiters, collaborating with senior leadership, and implementing innovative hiring processes to meet workforce needs efficiently and effectively. With a strategic focus the Talent Acquisition Lead will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. · Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across various functions and levels. · Align recruitment efforts with business objectives, working closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. · Drive sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and partnerships, to build a strong talent pipeline. · Continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve quality of hire. · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. · Set and monitor team KPIs to ensure recruitment goals are met and identify areas for professional development. · Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, understanding their requirements and advising on best practices to attract suitable candidates. · Facilitate smooth communication between hiring teams and candidates, ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment experience. · Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to implement initiatives that strengthen the employer brand and increase visibility in the job market. · Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support diversity and inclusion, ensuring a balanced and fair hiring process. · Track and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. · Provide regular reports and insights to HR leadership to support data-driven decision-making. · Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external vendors to maximize recruitment effectiveness within budget constraints. · Oversee and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Qualifications & Experience: · 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition with demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting and Onboarding at all organizational levels. · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Advanced certifications in recruitment. Required skills: · Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and sourcing tools. · Strong data analysis skills for recruitment metrics and reporting. · Understanding of behavioural interviewing, sourcing strategies, and recruitment marketing. · Knowledge of compensation and negotiation techniques. · Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment domains. Preferred Skills: · Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies. · Familiarity with executive search and headhunting methods. · Experience in leading diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
