Job Description Genesys Engage Support Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Genesys Engage Support Consultant with strong expertise in
technical support, billing, sales, and retention processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Genesys Engage platforms, customer interaction solutions, and enterprise support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for Genesys Engage environments
- Support customer operations related to:
- Technical Support
- Billing
- Sales
- Customer Retention
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys applications and integrations
- Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with business users, support teams, and technical stakeholders
- Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and issue resolution
- Participate in deployments, testing, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational support standards
