RED Global, is currently seeking a skilled Genesys Developer with strong expertise in call routing strategies and IVR development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize contact center solutions using the Genesys platform to improve customer experience, routing efficiency, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Genesys call routing strategies and interaction flows.
- Build and enhance IVR applications to support customer self-service and efficient call handling.
- Configure call flows, queues, skills-based routing, and business logic within the Genesys platform.
- Implement DTMF and speech-enabled IVR solutions.
- Configure and maintain Genesys routing components, queues, and strategies.
- Integrate IVR with backend systems such as CRM, databases, and APIs.
- Implement call treatment, announcements, and error-handling logic.
- Experience with scripting or development languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with Genesys Composer, Architect, or IRD tools depending on the platform.
- Understanding of CTI integrations and call flow debugging tools.
