What we are looking for
Role: Genesys Cloud IVA Development
Experience Range: 4 – 2 Years
Location: Chennai/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/NCR/Mumbai
Must Have:
- Strong expertise in IVR/IVA development using Genesys Cloud Architect tool
- Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including Genesys Architect (IVR) and Genesys Dialog Engine / IVA
- solid expertise in Conversational AI and NLU
- Proven capability in Salesforce and backend system integrations, leveraging REST APIs, secure authentication methods
- CX security best practices to deliver scalable, secure customer experience solutions..
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads
Good to Have:
- Salesforce integration Knowledge
- Intent model designing
