We are seeking a
strong hands-on Architect/Consultant with proven experience in
end-to-end design and implementation of Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
Work location : Bengaluru
Experience -8years +, with any full time graduation
Expertise Needed In
- Enterprise-scale omni-channel solution design (Voice, IVR, Chat, Email, Bots)
- Deep Genesys Architect expertise
- REST API integrations
- Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code
- CI/CD & Git-based deployments
- Consulting exposure on large CCaaS environments
This role requires technical ownership, solution authority, and stakeholder engagement.
