About the role
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Manual QA Tester with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Participate in moderately complex initiatives within Technology Business Systems Consulting
Review and analyze technology challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Create and execute detailed test scripts based on workflows and Jira stories
Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to issue resolution
Identify and report defects clearly and efficiently
Perform thorough regression testing to validate fixes and enhancements
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of experience in Manual Testing
4-6 years of experience in Regression Testing
4-6 years of experience creating and executing Test Scripts
2-4 years of experience using Jira for test case management and issue tracking
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment
