<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Kids Club Leadership<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Lead with Purpose, Values, and Tools to inspire your team daily </li>
<li> Create a fun, high-energy, welcoming environment for kids and families </li>
<li> Own the Kids Club experience and resolve member concerns with care </li>
<li> Train, coach, and develop staff on operations, engagement, and expectations </li>
<li> Recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule team members to maintain coverage </li>
<li> Execute and grow programs like Kids Fit, Camps, Parents’ Night Out, and events </li>
<li> Monitor reports, check-ins, and usage to drive engagement </li>
<li> Ensure safety, cleanliness, organization, and brand standards </li>
<li> Maintain compliance with waivers, child info, and allergy alerts </li>
<li> Work a mix of opening, evening, and weekend shifts </li>

<strong>Mighty Camp Leadership<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Partner with leadership to improve camp experience, enrollment, and operations </li>
<li> Execute Mighty Camp frameworks to drive financial success and satisfaction </li>
<li> Ensure safety, engagement, and on-brand programming </li>
<li> Support staff training and ongoing development </li>
<li> Track performance to deliver an A+ camp experience </li>
<li> Maintain organization, staffing, and licensing compliance </li>

<strong>Requirements<br></strong><br>

<li> 18+ with high school diploma (or equivalent) </li>
<li> 1+ year of post-high school experience </li>
<li> CPR, First Aid, and BPT certifications (infant, child, adult) </li>
<li> Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills </li>
<li> Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook </li>
<li> Reliable transportation and flexible schedule </li>
<li> Ability to stay active throughout shifts </li>
