</div><div>Requirements:</div><ul>
<li>This position is a full-time seasonal position with a variable schedule; the ability to work day and evenings according to the needs of the program is required; Monday - Friday and able to commit to the entire summer season </li>
<li>This position requires work that occurs both indoors and outside on a regular basis; handling of cleaning products and agents is required</li>
<li>This position has an inherent amount of physical and mental stress; all candidates must be prepared and capable of adapting to such conditions and be mentally alert at all times </li>
<li>A positive attitude and professional behavior are expected and displayed consistently in all dealings with members and fellow Team members</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid/AED Certifications or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment</li>
<li>Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div>Basic Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Leading a group of campers through their camp experiences</li>
<li>Creatively guide campers through various sports and themed activities - leading them from the center of action </li>
<li>Developing youth friendships to ensure each child is connected to their camp community</li>
<li>Completing daily opening and closing procedures, as well as safety logs </li>
<li>Daily written and verbal communication with Camp parents, team members, club members, and Program Director</li>
<li>Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the specific needs of the campers in your care and communicate safety or behavior concerns with appropriate parties</li>
<li>Ensure each area of the club utilized by the camp is clean, safe, and in good repair</li>
