The K12 team envisions quality education for all by 2030 — foundational literacy, numeracy, and self-learning in primary education, and relevant secondary skills. We support governments and societies in improving education sector performance amid tight fiscal space, demographic shifts, and the rise of AI.

ROLE: Analyst, Education

Genesis Analytics is hiring a brilliant Analyst for our K12 Education practice. You’ll apply the horsepower of a top-tier strategy consultant to solve the global learning crisis — blending rigorous data analysis with strategic advice for governments and foundations.

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-regulating professional to drive evidence-based change in the developing world.

Ideal Candidate Profile

🎓 Master’s Degree in Economics or Public Policy

📈 Strong econometric foundations

📊 Advanced proficiency in Stata or R

🤖 Responsible AI literacy

🌍 1–3 years of professional experience 🧪 Field research experience in a developing country (highly valued)

Location
