<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>As an In-Home Generator Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting in-home consultations, delivering customized backup power solutions, and guiding customers through the entire sales process. You will play a key role in expanding residential generator installations throughout the region.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Prospect, qualify, and close residential generator sales </li>
<li> Conduct in-home consultations and evaluate homeowner backup power needs </li>
<li> Educate customers on the benefits of whole-home standby generator systems </li>
<li> Prepare and present customized proposals based on site conditions and load requirements </li>
<li> Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to install </li>
<li> Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report progress to management </li>
<li> Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> 2–3+ years of proven success in in-home sales (home improvement, HVAC, generators, roofing, or similar preferred) </li>
<li> Strong ability to build rapport, present solutions, and close deals in a home setting </li>
<li> Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and evaluating customer needs </li>
<li> Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently </li>
<li> Experience using CRM systems and sales tools </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for appointments </li>
