<strong>The Opportunity<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This is <strong>not a sit-back-and-wait role</strong>. We’re looking for a <strong>hustler</strong>—someone who can:<br><br>

<li> Close deals in-home and on-site </li>
<li> Build their own pipeline </li>
<li> Educate customers and create urgency </li>
<li> Turn consultations into signed contracts </li>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Conduct <strong>in-home and on-site consultations</strong> for residential and commercial clients </li>
<li> Assess power needs and recommend the right generator solution </li>
<li> Deliver compelling presentations that <strong>close deals on the spot</strong>
</li>
<li> Follow up on inbound leads and <strong>self-generate new opportunities</strong> (referrals, networking, door knocking, local partnerships) </li>
<li> Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners </li>
<li> Manage your pipeline and track deals from lead → install </li>

<strong>Who We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>

<li> Proven <strong>sales closer</strong> (home services, solar, HVAC, roofing, or similar preferred) </li>
<li> Comfortable working in a <strong>commission-driven environment</strong>
</li>
<li> Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills </li>
<li> Self-motivated—doesn’t wait for leads, <strong>creates opportunities</strong>
</li>
<li> Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, compelling way </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation </li>

<li> High ticket sales (typical deal size: $15K–$30K+) </li>
