About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Search Optimization Specialist who understands the evolution from SEO → AEO → GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
In this role, you will work at the cutting edge of AI + Search + Content, ensuring our products and content are discoverable, rankable, and surfaced across LLM platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and beyond.
This is not a traditional SEO role — we need someone who can combine search strategy, AI understanding, and technical execution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI-first content & data pipelines for LLM visibility
- Design and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies
- Work on prompt optimization, semantic ranking, and retrieval structuring
- Optimize content for AI consumption (schema, metadata, embeddings, context building)
- Develop and improve RAG pipelines and vector-based retrieval systems
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to enhance discoverability
- Experiment with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for direct-answer visibility
- Analyze AI search behavior, query patterns, and ranking signals
- Monitor performance using AI analytics tools and continuously refine strategies
✅ Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SEO / Technical SEO, with exposure to GEO or AI-driven search optimization
- Hands-on experience in SEO, AEO, or emerging GEO practices
- Strong understanding of LLM ecosystems (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and how responses are generated
- Experience with content optimization, structured data, metadata tagging, and semantic search
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, or RAG systems
- Ability to analyze user search/query behavior and optimize accordingly
- Strong understanding of content structuring for AI consumption
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with LLM APIs, AI content tools, or analytics platforms
- Exposure to growth marketing / performance marketing / product-led growth
- Understanding of AI evaluation metrics and ranking signals
- Background in consumer tech, fintech, SaaS, or digital-first companies
🎓 Education
- MBA (Marketing) OR
- BE/BTech in IT / Computer Science / AI / ML or related fields
