Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative Generative AI Video Specialist who knows how to turn an idea into a high-quality AI-generated video.
You should be comfortable taking a simple concept, developing the visual direction, breaking it into scenes, writing effective prompts, generating multiple versions, and refining the results until the final video feels right.
This role requires both creative thinking and a strong understanding of generative AI tools. You’ll work with text-to-video, image-to-video, and related generative workflows to create videos for websites, products, social media, marketing, demonstrations, and other creative projects.
What You’ll Work On
- Create high-quality videos using generative AI models.
- Turn concepts, scripts, and rough ideas into visual scenes and generation workflows.
- Write and optimize prompts for AI video-generation models.
- Work with text-to-video and image-to-video workflows.
- Create scene-by-scene prompts for longer videos.
- Control camera movement, framing, lighting, composition, environments, motion, and visual style.
- Maintain character, object, environment, and brand consistency across multiple scenes.
- Experiment with different prompts, reference images, models, and generation settings.
- Identify problems in generated videos and iterate until the desired result is achieved.
- Create smooth visual continuity and transitions between generated scenes.
- Work with reference images, storyboards, scripts, and brand assets.
- Compare outputs from different generative models and choose the best approach for each project.
- Keep up with new AI video models, techniques, and creative workflows.
- Document successful prompts and reusable generation workflows.
Tools & Platforms
Hands-on experience with one or more AI video-generation platforms is preferred, including:
- Google Veo
- OpenAI Sora
- Kling AI
- Runway
- Luma
- Adobe Firefly
- Pika
- Similar text-to-video or image-to-video models
Experience with AI image generation and video editing tools is an added advantage.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos.
- Strong understanding of generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Good visual imagination and storytelling ability.
- Ability to translate an idea into clear visual scenes.
- Understanding of camera angles, framing, camera movement, lighting, composition, perspective, and pacing.
- Ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple generated shots.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify generation issues and improve outputs through iteration.
- Ability to experiment with different models and prompting techniques.
- Good written English and communication skills.
A specific degree or educational background is not a major requirement for this role. We care more about your creativity, practical experience, experimentation skills, and the quality of the videos you can create.
Portfolio / Sample Work Required
Your AI-generated video samples are an important part of the application.
Please send us examples of videos you have personally created using generative AI.
For your best samples, also include:
- The prompt(s) you used.
- The AI model/tool used.
- Reference images used, if applicable.
- A short explanation of your workflow.
- The final generated video.
We want to understand not only what you created, but also how you created it.

Good to Have
- Experience with image-to-video generation.
- Experience with AI image-generation models.
- Video editing experience.
- Storyboarding or scriptwriting skills.
- Experience creating cinematic, advertising, product, technology, or social-media videos.
- Understanding of website and social-media video formats.
- Familiarity with APIs or automated generative-media workflows.
- Experience experimenting with newly released generative AI models.
