Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Generative AI Trainer, based in Hyderabad. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on generative AI concepts and tools. Their daily responsibilities include preparing educational materials, conducting live sessions, mentoring aspiring AI professionals during real-time projects, and ensuring trainees are industry-ready. The role also involves staying updated on the latest developments in AI and adapting content to align with current industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Mandatory to have an experience working as a trainer.
- Experience with Python, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Vector Databases, Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Embeddings, Fine-tuning LLMs, LoRA, PEFT, AI Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, Streamlit, Gradio, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Weights & Biases
- Practical skills in Data Analysis, Programming (Python, R), and AI model training
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, teaching, or mentoring in a technical domain
- Knowledge of neural networks, deep learning algorithms, and synthetic data generation
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to create an interactive and engaging learning environment
- Prior experience in the IT training industry is advantageous
