Hiring: Lead GenAI (6–7 Years)
Location: Hybrid – Pune
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead cutting-edge work in Generative AI
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead development of Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) and Computer Vision applications
• Build and deploy deep learning models, APIs, and data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven products
• Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring technical excellence
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and drive best practices
🔹 Required Skills
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI agents)
• Strong expertise in Computer Vision (OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NumPy)
• Proficiency in Python, APIs (Flask/FastAPI/Django), SQL & NoSQL
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Knowledge Graphs
• Exposure to Cloud & MLOps (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
🔹 Must-Have Basics
• Python
• OpenCV + NumPy
• REST APIs
• CSV/JSON handling
• Git/GitHub
