What you'll work on
- Design and build AI agents for workflow automation using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Develop multi-agent systems that plan, reason, use tools, and execute complex multi-step tasks autonomously.
- Craft and refine prompts (system prompts, few-shot, chain-of-thought) for reliable agent behavior.
- Implement RAG pipelines and connect agents to vector databases and external knowledge sources.
- Integrate APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Meta Llama into agent workflows.
- Assist with LLMOps — monitoring hallucinations, tool-call failures, agent drift, and cost efficiency.
- Key focus area — Agentic AIBuild autonomous agents that plan and execute multi-step workflows end-to-end.
- Design tool-use, memory, and reflection loops for reliable agent performance.
- Implement human-in-the-loop checkpoints and guardrails for production-safe agents.
- Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, browsers, and enterprise systems.
What we're looking for
- Strong Python skills; comfort with async programming is a plus.
- Solid understanding of transformer architectures (GPT, BERT, LLaMA family) and LLM capabilities.
- Hands-on experience or strong curiosity in building agents with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Familiarity with tool use, function calling, memory management, and agent orchestration patterns.
- Exposure to fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, etc.).
- Awareness of responsible AI practices — bias, safety guardrails, and data governance.
- Bonus: experience with Docker, GitHub Copilot, or deploying agents in production environments.
