Passionate engineer who is interested to work in a startup building agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning, tool use, and workflow orchestration.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in building Generative AI pipelines for high-traffic production environments including using AI evaluation frameworks for offline evals, hallucination detection, regression testing for model outputs.
Great opportunity for engineers who are willing to get out of their comfort zone and solve hugely impacting modern AI Agent and data security concerns.
Desired background and experience:
-- Minimum of 1 year of experience in building AI pipelines including RAG, multi-agent systems
-- Minimum of 1 year of experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications in production
-- Minimum of 2 years experience building products on AWS. Prior work in startups is a huge plus
-- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Bedrock, Anthropic), vector databases like AWS OpenSearch or Aurora Postgres
-- Exposure to GenAI frameworks and tools like AWS Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore
-- Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks like LangGraph or AWS Strands
-- Knowledge of AI Agents running in Snowflake Cortex or Databricks Agent Bricks
-- Experience with AI experimentation — A/B testing model outputs, evaluating model quality
-- Comfortable with rapid prototyping and implementation of product in an agile team environment
-- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
-- Must be able to provide technical support to various customers in different time zones.
