About the Role
We are seeking experienced GenAI Engineers to deliver cutting-edge LLM solutions for Fortune 500 clients. As part of the GenAI delivery team, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineers to design and deploy scalable AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and open-source LLM solutions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years (Senior) or 10+ years (Staff) in building ML systems
- 1+ year hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents
- Strong expertise in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL
- Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-powered applications
- Build scalable, high-quality Python-based codebases
- Support cloud deployment and CI/CD optimization
- Partner with product, data, and business teams to deliver AI solutions
- Mentor engineers and drive innovation in Generative AI
