About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions powered by large language models and generative technologies. In this role, you will work on building intelligent systems such as chatbots, content generation tools, and AI-driven automation solutions that deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
- Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases.
- Fine-tune and customize pre-trained models for domain-specific applications.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features such as chatbots, copilots, and content generators.
- Work with APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.
- Build scalable pipelines for training, inference, and deployment of AI models.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure model performance, accuracy, and reliability through evaluation and monitoring.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks.
- Experience working with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.).
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and deep learning fundamentals.
- Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or fine-tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI practices.
