Role Description The Generative AI Engineer role at RBN CREATIONS is a full-time hybrid position based in Mani Majra, with flexibility for some work from home. The engineer will design, build, and optimize generative AI models and pipelines for real-world applications, including text, image, or multimodal solutions. Daily responsibilities include experimenting with model architectures, fine-tuning existing models, preparing and cleaning datasets, and integrating AI services into production systems. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, validate prototypes, and deliver robust, scalable AI features. The engineer will monitor model performance, address bias and reliability issues, and help document best practices and technical standards for the AI stack.
Qualifications
- Strong foundations in computer science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) and related tooling.
- Practical knowledge of generative AI techniques, such as large language models, diffusion models, transformers, and model fine-tuning.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python, and optionally JavaScript or Java).
- Experience working with data pipelines, dataset preparation, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics for AI models.
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain AI services or APIs in a cloud or hybrid environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms).
- Comfort with version control, testing, and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Git, CI/CD, code reviews).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to model reliability, fairness, and performance in production.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting experiments and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
