Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Guwahati, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Generative AI Engineer at KensaraAI, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing AI models for automation and optimization of DPDPA compliance solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform using Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), RAG implementations and Generative AI methodologies. Additionally, you'll contribute to integrating AI models with scalable APIs and analyze performance metrics to improve system efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with AI development tools and languages such as Python, TensorFlow, FastAPI, PyTorch, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in designing and working with APIs, and knowledge of scalable system architectures.
- Ability to conduct data analysis and performance tuning to improve AI system accuracy and reliability.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and optimization, especially for compliance or regulatory tools.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with strong communication skills and cross-functional team collaboration.
- System Designing Exposure is a good to have.
