Job Title : AI Lead – Agentic AI
Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Day 1 Onsite
Key Skills Required:
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks.
Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph.
Experience building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Experience developing AI Chatbots / AI Assistants.
Experience building MCP Servers and tool-based AI architectures.
Experience with AWS Bedrock and NovaSonic.
Strong experience working with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS Cloud.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
Build RAG pipelines and conversational AI platforms.
Architect AI tool ecosystems using MCP servers.
Lead and mentor AI engineering teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
Good to Have:
Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch).
Experience with voice AI platforms.
Experience with cloud-native AI architectures.
