Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Generative AI Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The engineer will develop, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI models and solutions. Responsibilities include researching state-of-the-art AI technologies, implementing models for production use, fine-tuning algorithms, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team. The role also demands creativity in identifying new ways to address organizational challenges using AI, as well as documenting processes and outcomes for scalability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML model development, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision
- Proficient in Python and libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Experience in data preprocessing, data modeling, and working with structured and unstructured datasets
- Understanding of cloud services and deployment platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; innovative approach to applying generative AI to solve complex challenges
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid team environments and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with generative adversarial networks (GANs) or other generative frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in the fields of organizational development or creative consulting is advantageous
