Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI/LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agent workflows.
- Build scalable AI solutions using Python/Java, LangChain, LangGraph, or Spring AI.
- Develop microservices, REST APIs, and integrate with enterprise AI platforms.
- Implement prompt engineering, LLMOps, CI/CD, and AI observability best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with Python and/or Java (Spring Boot).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI, or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Azure/AWS.
- Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, MLflow/LLMOps, and AI monitoring/guardrails.
Preferred
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, or manufacturing domains.
- Knowledge of MCP, AI governance, and legacy modernization using GenAI.
- Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS) and experience with Tableau or Power BI.
