We are looking for a top 1% Gen AI Visual Artist who can create ultra-realistic, high-impact images and cinematic videos using AI.
This is not a “prompt-only” role.
You will be responsible for end-to-end visual production - from concept to final output - with a strong focus on precision, realism, and consistency.
If your work doesn’t feel real, doesn’t match product accuracy, or lacks continuity - this role is not for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create hyper-realistic AI-generated images and videos for ads, social media, and campaigns
- Execute multi-shot cinematic videos with continuity (camera, lighting, subject, motion)
- Maintain 100% product accuracy (especially for fashion, jewellery, and branded content)
- Design and execute node-based workflows for scalable production pipelines
- Work on model consistency, face locking, and environment continuity
- Convert creative briefs into high-performing visual outputs
- Experiment with new tools, workflows, and techniques to push quality boundaries
- Optimize outputs for platform performance (Instagram, ads, etc.)
TOOLS & SKILLS:
You should be comfortable (or obsessed) with most of these:
- Kling (2.5 / 3.0 multi-shot workflows)
- Runway ML
- Luma AI
- Higgsfield & Freepik
- ComfyUI / Flora / Weavy
- Photoshop (advanced)
- After Effects / Premiere Pro
- Upscaling tools, in-painting, retouching
NON NEGOTIABLE EXPECTATIONS:
- Your work should look indistinguishable from real
- You understand textures, skin, lighting behavior, and physical realism
- You can maintain continuity across frames and shots
- You care about details most people ignore (hands, reflections, fabric, shadows)
- You don’t settle for “good enough” — only best-in-class output
QUALITY BENCHMARK:

- No generic outputs
- No visible AI artifacts
- No broken anatomy
- No inconsistent lighting or identity
Every output should feel like it was produced with a high-end production house budget
