About the Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of backend engineering + GenAI + data infrastructure — building the systems that make AI usable, reliable, and fast in real business environments.
Responsibilities
- Designing backend services that power AI-driven shopping, personalization, and content workflows
- Turning LLM outputs into structured, reliable, production-grade pipelines
- Building RAG systems that don’t just demo well — they scale, retrieve correctly, and perform under load
- Connecting vector search, traditional databases, and real-time services into one seamless architecture
- Helping move AI from “experiment” → “core product feature”
Qualifications
We’re looking for engineers who are builders first, AI engineers second. You likely have:
Required Skills
- 2 years of hands-on Gen AI experience (learning, building, testing and deploying real-world AI use cases or applications)
- 2+ years of coding experience in Python
- Must have tried Gen AI tools, and workflows (n8n, Langchain, coding and building with Claude Code, leveraging Agentic skills)
- Strong foundations in backend design, API endpoints, testing LLM workflows
- Comfort with backend frameworks (e.g., NestJS) and service-oriented architectures
- Practical exposure to: RAG systems, Vector databases, AI-driven pipelines and Automation/workflow tools
You’ll thrive if you:

- Like solving messy, real-world engineering problems
- Can work independently but love collaborating with sharp teams
- Care about business impact, not just technical elegance
- Get excited about turning “AI can do this” into “customers are using this daily”
