Position: AI/Gen AI Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect AI/GenAI solutions that align with business objectives and integrate smoothly with enterprise systems
- Develop strategies for implementing large language models (LLMs) and other GenAI technologies within the enterprise ecosystem
- Create scalable and maintainable AI/ML pipelines that can handle enterprise-level data volumes and complexity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and ML engineers
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platforms for enterprise use
- Optimize AI model performance and manage the entire ML lifecycle within the enterprise environment
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the value of AI/GenAI solutions to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise-level projects
- Deep understanding of GenAI technologies, including LLMs, diffusion models, and transformer architectures
- Extensive experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML offerings
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices for AI model deployment and management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and AI ethics
- Experience with graph databases and knowledge graphs for AI applications
