We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to join our growing AI team and work on building enterprise-grade AI applications. You will be involved in developing intelligent systems powered by LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven workflows, integrated with real-world business systems.
This role offers the opportunity to work on production-level AI platforms, not just prototypes, including chatbot systems, knowledge assistants, and AI-powered automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications using modern GenAI frameworks
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems
- Design and implement API-based backend services for AI workflows
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources (documents, APIs, databases)
- Integrate AI solutions with platforms like Microsoft Teams, web apps, and enterprise systems
- Ensure response accuracy, performance, and reliability of AI systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in Python development
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience building REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Basic understanding of data structures, APIs, and system design
Good to Have:
- Experience with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Functions)
- Exposure to AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, S3, etc.)
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working on chatbots or conversational AI systems
