About The Role
We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and executing tasks within complex, real-world environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and platform teams to integrate agent-based AI systems into enterprise workflows, enhancing automation and decision-making capabilities. This position sits at the intersection of generative AI, reasoning systems, and scalable engineering, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of autonomous AI solutions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a strong programming background in Python and a solid understanding of AI and machine learning engineering principles. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and hands-on familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen are essential. Candidates should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields is preferred, along with relevant industry experience in AI development and deployment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative agentic AI architectures that leverage LLMs and reasoning engines to create autonomous agents capable of complex decision-making. Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems that facilitate task decomposition, collaboration, and execution in dynamic environments. Integrate external tools, APIs, databases, and knowledge sources to enhance agent capabilities and ensure seamless interoperability. Implement mechanisms for memory, planning, reflection, and self-improvement to enable autonomous agents to adapt and evolve over time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, platform, and engineering, to embed agentic AI solutions into enterprise applications effectively. Conduct research, prototype new ideas, and transition emerging agentic AI, Generative AI, and reasoning techniques from concept to production. Ensure all solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, security protocols, and safety best practices to maintain trust and compliance across deployments.
